Acacia Customer Assistance Program
The Acacia Customer Assistance Program, (“ACAP”), is designed to support low-income families or struggling customers who are faced with an extreme hardship. A one-time annual cash assistance may be provided to qualified Acacia customers from “ACAP”.
Extreme hardship is defined as a condition which results in difficulty in making ends meet, due to loss of income, some type of emergency illness or medical condition, or some large, unexpected, expense.
Acacia customers who feel that they may qualify for this project should speak to an Acacia Customer Service Representative, who can provide them with more information and program application forms.
