The Texas State Energy Conservation Office (SECO) named four Texas cities as award winners for their achievements in energy efficiency and air quality improvement. The cities of Dallas, Galveston, Bedford and Bellaire each received awards from the State Energy Conservation Office and the Texas Energy Partnership.
